This small award winning Suffolk brewery uses traditional brewing methods
 without additives and using some historical recipes
 researched by Dick Burge in is efforts to keep the old traditions going.
 

A superbly smooth heavyweight all malt porter.  This beer was Champion Winter Ale of Great Britain and Gold Medal Winner at the National Brewery Exhibition 1999 form 400 entries

A traditionally brewed lighter beer, very refreshing and clean on the palate.  Made with hops, malt and a trace of coriander.  

The classic English best bitter.  Clear and smooth on the palate. Long hoppy finish. One to drink all night long
