 Isle of Skye Brewery
 Founded in 1995 by Angus McRuary and another teacher who has since moved on. Angus resigned as a teacher in 1999 to concentrate on the brewery and now exports to Canada, Finland, New Zealand and Spain among many more countries. The brewing is undertaken by Pam Jones( Scotland's only female brewer) and Norrie MacCleod

 
142. Red Cuillin 4.2% ABV

Very smooth with malty and nutty overtones , lovely hoppy aroma coming through on the nose.

 Distinctive dark ale with stout like bitterness,  alleviated by the addition of Scottish heather honey a different experience in a beer
